1. Choose the right device

Browse our offerings on this page and click through to the product page of the device you need. There you will find more information about the application, specifications and features.

2. Submit your application

Through the request form, you indicate which piece of equipment you want to rent, for which period and for which application. You can also ask directly about availability or deployment.

3. We coordinate everything with you

After your request, we will contact you by phone or email. This happens the same business day. We will discuss availability, check the calibration status and together agree on which version, accessories or conditions best suit your request. In doing so, we also consider the desired rental period. The minimum rental period is 5 working days.

4. Confirmation and delivery

Upon final application, you will receive a rental agreement. Then the equipment is prepared for rental. Each instrument is checked for function, calibration and completeness, so that you can get started right away. You can pick up the equipment in Middelharnis or have it shipped by DHL to your organization or project location. We will also go over the conditions with you during the final request. 5. Use and return

You use the equipment during the agreed rental period. If you have any questions about operation, settings or application during use, technical support is available. Upon completion, you return the equipment or send it back by parcel post. Then we will perform a short check and close the rental period neatly.
